The gearbox has two plugs with 19mm hexagon indents, one is at the base of the 'box, the other is at one side half way up.  Drain the oil by opening both.

Close the bottom pug, and then fill the box up the to the level of the horizontal plug.

 

Job done.

 

Note - use the correct Hypoid oil, otherwise the crown wheel will wear out.
