How can I find out if my '71 Super is an "S" or other designation,
also is the "1302"(vs. "Volkswagen") on the engine cover common in
england or europe?

1302S refers in UK and Europe to the 1600 engines. 1300 and the optional 1200 engine were plain 1302. 1302L was the 1300 with the 'Luxury' package and 1302LS...	Colin Shinkin cshinkin	Aug 13, 2002 9:34 pm
