Well, the definition of a "Super" is universal. A Super should have a
MacPherson strut front suspension, a big nose hood, spare tire lies
flat (as opposed to upright in The Standard), and for the '73-later, a
curved windshield ('71-'72 still had the flat windshield). Australians
may call their Super Beetles "Super Bugs", they still use the
term "Super".
