Hello

Are you in the US, UK, or elsewhere?  If in Europe I have some suppliers you can try.

But - you say this car is OK except for the underneath.  I advise you to check.  Apart from the cost and relative difficulty of replacing the special reinforced sills (rockers I think you call them in the US), which then usually leads onto the special fillets between the A pillar and the sill and the B and the sill.

Then - if the sills need replacing It is extremely likely that the doors need work, and these are very expensive to obtain panels for.

I rebuilt a 1302 which was good enough to pass the German TUV (the fitness for road test) which is one of the hardest, we ran it in the UK for 3 years and 12,000 miles - but it still cost me over £6,000 in parts alone to rebuild.

Take a real good look.

Mike

Hi all, hope your all doing well. I'm in the process of picking up a
super vert. Needs resto underneath. Everything underneath and an
engine, otherwise it's in great shape. For 1000 dollars, what can I
say? Does anyone know where I can possibly get the parts I need for
restoring this beauty? E-Mail-dragonsheart50@...
