Rules and Regs welcomes proposals from artists and artist groups to present
work in Brighton & Hoveʼs ³White Night² event (evening of 24 October,
2009).

Rules and Regs will commission five artists/groups to create new work
in
response to the following Rules...
The artists must:
€ Get lucky!
€ Illuminate Brighton
€ Spend time with the audience
