Editorial policy:
Due to the increasing number of requests from artists and programmers to
include their events in the e-digest, we have decided to develop an
editorial policy about what kind of material the PERFORMANCE/EVENTS section
should include.  These are:

Cross/interdisciplinary work in the areas of live/performance art,
experimental theatre and time-based media.  These should normally be group
shows, platforms/showcases, seasons of work or festivals.  Only in
exceptional circumstances would a singular or solo work be included.

Work by artists or programmers/producers/curators who are or have been
supported by Artsadmin (eg, bursary recipients, decibel awardees).

F.5) website builder needed
I am working on a website that recreates the experience of being ‘psychotic’ from a first person perspective which is funded by an Artsadmin Digital Media Bursary. The site will include around 5 zones built entirely in Flash and featuring sound files, still images, copy and possibly moving image (streamed or downloaded). The first zone is now ready to go up so I am looking for someone to work on the build. Given the nature of the content of the site some understanding / sensitivity towards these experiences is essential.
For a superb example of where I kind of want to go please see www.simian.nu.
There is payment for this work to be negotiated with myself. If interested please email a CV and links to examples of previous work to chasds@....
