Unfortunately, with the event set for the first weekend in December time is extremely short (mainly for me getting payment to the site for the hire, getting any props built etc).
I am reserving two DPC (Directed Player Character) slots for 9th members. Booking price is reduced for these people and I'm looking for volunteers to "Captain" the Imperial (pretty sure we know who that should be) and Chaos forces. These people will be full players and compliant to the normal rules, however, they will be given significant extra skills and will be directed at key points by the plot team (essentially only me at the moment) to aid the weekend plot along.
I don't think you'll be getting the infamous "Yes I can" character card though….lol
