Red Kangaroo exhibit plants/browse question   Message List

Greetings to all,

We are currently building a red kangaroo/wallaby/emu exhibit that will have primarily Florida native plants with some Australian plants mixed throughout.  I am looking for Zone 9 plants that have been successful in red kangaroo exhibits.  Our new exhibit will be about ¾ acre and currently has live oaks and sabal palms, but no ground covers to speak of, so we are looking for full shade to full sun recommendations.

Thank you, Steve
