According to the Anderson Horticultural Library's plant finder (http://plantinfo.umn.edu/arboretum/), the Aucuba can be found at Baier and at Bobtown Nursery, the Prunus at Smith- see contact info pasted below (perhaps not technically Northeastern enough for you). They only listed West Coast sources of the Devil's club.
Though not always extremely extensive, Anderson's plant information service (book or web subscription) can be useful. Hope that helps,
