Hello,
I am interested in rasing worms for use in my "zoo". What kind of bin are
you using? Would a large plastic bin due? I feed the worms to my
aquatic and box turtles.
I also think it would a fun for my son, who is ten. He help to care for
the turtles and my tortie.

the kids dig through it looking for worms, they mist them with water and can
place their apple core, banana peel, etc. in it. It is portable, low
maintenance and full of lessons. I am passionate about my worm bin. There is
a lot of great information out there with activities for kids.
