Thanks for the vetch repsonses. We are in Zone 5. Aside from
turfgrass -which we currently use in most of our exhibits (a fescue
blend)any other suggestions for enclosure ground cover? I do get quite
a bit of volunteer alfalfa, catnip and clover, which I don't discourage
because I like the color and texture.

Always a problem! Be careful of the fescues unless they are endophyte free. Also watch out for red clover as the flowers will cause conception problems in...
