Tropical Trees Available for California!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1633 of 1992 |
I'm working on a project for which five tropical trees, up to 35' tall, are being grown in Florida under California quarantine conditions for eventual delivery to California.
OK, big deal.
BUT
we have a duplicate set "just in case".
After December 1 , 07 these will be available in FL to anyone who needs them (and can afford them). They include Pachira, Bucida, Calophyllum brasiliense, Bactris and Mahoghany (West Indian/Honduran). If you are a California institution and interested in these, please contact me and I'll put you in touch with the right folks. You will of course need to purchase the trees and pay freight.
