We are in the process of forming a conservation committee at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens in Florida.  I am curious to find out what conservation projects other institutions may be involved with, who they are partnered with, how they got started, etc.  Also, which other institutions have a committee devoted specifically to conservation, and how many staff members serve on each committee?  Any information will be very helpful and greatly appreciated!
