spirit in Hadis

I wrote a book attacking Boukhubza, for he is a liar like Ninowy

All these lies were spread in English by Ninowy in the west and his
friends, the students of shaykh Habashi - who passed away recently
mayb Allah have mecry on him - who explained in in explantation of
Tahawia contrary to Ninowy and his students misquoting him:

"mentioning any wrong done by any sahabi since they are not masoom
(heavenly protected) should not be mentioned with the *intention of
insulting such sahaba* rather it was only mentioned in order that
people learn from it and NOT do the same, otherwise scholars of Hadith
would not have reported it in the first place"

This is high thought and logic and understanding beyond you and Ninowy
to comprehend ... I will not address your deviation any more not due
lack of knowlege rather to let (1) Ninowy, (2) you, and (3) the
moderator bear the burden of introducing such deviation and lied materials

(2) HERE I GO AGAIN, I NEVER DROP THE BALL:

Ninou (also known as Ninowy) is so out of touch with the Islamic
spirit in Hadith that classify any person who lies once as a Liar for
ever in this science, therefore all that he says is rejected.

Ninou (also known as Ninowy) followers are struggling and facing
troubling dilema,whether to continue to follow a liar and share his
guilt, thereby by default they too become liars or do the right thing.

Indeed, Ninou (also known as Ninowy) must be the first Lieing shaykh
in history to bluff people by fabricating dates to gain status and a
reputation of being a scholar of hadith authoring but a few booklets
and stealing the work of others, when forced to retract stolen work,
he never appologizes rather he blames it on RECKLESS followers. This
is hard to swallow, when the work (Imam Nawawi 1950 hadith) remained
stolen for 4 years on his site, HERE YOU GO AGAIN.

AT LAST THE UNDISPUTABLE PROOF THAT NINOWY NEVER ACCOMPANIED HAFIZ
AHMAD AND ABDULLAH
In the year 1379h/1959 Hafiz Abdullah Ben Siddique published this book
on faith by Baihaqi - see dates scanned original pre-computer pages on
the title-page.

Incidentaly 1379h/1959 is a year before his brother Hafiz Ahmad passed
away in 1380h/1960 as per tomb stone verifies. Darwish was 8 years
old. Ninowy's mother had not even married his father. It is truly
amazing that Ninowy claimed he accompanied Hafiz Ahmad and also
studied with Hafiz Abdullah around 1987, this makes Ninowy 68 years
old while his birth certificate shows Ninowy was born in 1967! Short
of 27 years

This 68 years old could only be believed if:
1. Ninowy was born in 1940
2. Since many people born in 1940 and never met the Hafiz. Therefore
even if this is hyperthetically the case, it would still have to be proved
3. Hafiz Abdullah never mentioned Ninowy in his biography as he
mentioned others such as Ahmad Darwish
