07/08/05 - AIWa Shi-to-ryu Kata Course. Four Kata to learn in three
hours. Shinsei, Juroku-no, Seisan. Also introducing the Kata
Seienchin. Venue: Chesworth Junior School, Kingslea, Horsham,
Sussex. Time: 10am-1pm. Instructor: Gary E Swift 7th Dan. Cost:

within the Shi-to-ryu school of Karate. SEISAN = Japan. 'Thirteen'.
A Karate Kata developed by Higaonna-Kanryo and practised within
numerous Okinawan Karate systems. SEI-EN-CHIN = Japan. 'Calm within
the storm'. An Okinawan Kata developed by Higaonna-Kanryo and
practised within numerous Karate schools. Derived from the Naha-te
