Dear All,

For those of you who are wishing to attend the Shi-to-ryu Kata
Course on the 24th June, please note some changes to venue and
times - Apologies for any inconvenience.

24/06/06 AIWa Shi-to-ryu Kata Course. Four Kata to learn in three
hours. Shinsei, Juroku-no, Seisan, and Seienchin.

Venue: Trinity Church Hall, Rushams Road, Horsham.

Time: 11am-2pm. Instructor: Gary E Swift 7th Dan.

Cost: £10 with SENT application before 10/06/06. £12 on door.

beginning'. A Kata developed by Mabuni-Kenwa and practised within
the Shi-to-ryu school of Karate. JUROKU-NO – 'Sixteen'. A Kata,
developed by the Karate master Mabuni-Kenwa, and practised within
the Shi-to-ryu school of Karate. SEISAN – 'Thirteen'. A Karate Kata
developed by Higaonna-Kanryo and practised within numerous Okinawan
Karate systems. SEI-EN-CHIN – 'Calm within the storm'. An Okinawan
Kata developed by Higaonna-Kanryo and practised within numerous
Karate schools. Derived from the Naha-te Karate system. For
