Junior white belt to green belt one hour session covering 15 minutes
basics followed by Sanbon-gumite. 11.15am-12.30pm. Green belt to
Purple belts Kihon-waza for 15 minutes followed by Ohyo kumite 45
minutes. 12.45-2.15pm. Brown belt and above 15 minutes basics and
combinations then Kihon-gumite for an hour starting at number 5.
