Hi Paul

I have not posted any messages yet on this group. I must admit, I do
not suffer from Bipolar, but have experienced quite bad anxiety and
depression (though not severe I suppose compared to others).
Currently battling severe insomnia. I work in the field of mental
health, so my interest in both personal and professional.

I was wondering what meds you are on?
