Hi all,
May I introduce myself. My name is Paul I am 39. And was diagnosed
with bi-polar disorder 5 years ago, even though I have been bi-polar
all my life. I did some research and this education helped me
understand my condition, and help me undrstand why my life has been so
up and down.
I am on meds, and have found a dosage that works for me and keeps me
as stable as possible.
I live alone and have done for 7years, I would really like to make
some friends, and hear how other people cope with the disorder.
