Subject: invitation to research project

Hi, I hope you don't mind me emailing - I got your email from Yahoo
Groups. I'm a researcher at the University of Glasgow in the UK and
I'm carrying out research into the social networks of people living
with mental health problems.

I'd like to invite your group users to take part in an online survey
about their social networks: friends, family, service use and virtual
support as I know this can be very important for people. The survey is
part of a larger project being carried out by the Scottish Association
for Mental Health, the National Schizophrenia Fellowship (Scotland)
and the University of Glasgow. It's confidential, totally anonymous,
takes about 10 minutes and people could win an amazon voucher.

To have a look at the survey click on this link:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=19674997864

I'd be interested in whether you think it would be something your
group users would be interested in taking part in and if so, if you
would post the link on your site. If you would like any further
information in order to decide, let me know.

Best wishes
Kathryn Berzins (University of Glasgow)
