Thanks for your reply. I do find it very difficult to cope with at times. My
wife Lola makes some very strange decisions at times. things usually work out
OK. My main problem is other men. They pick up on her depression and I have
found it is like waving a red rag at a bull. They want to try and help her but
are really looking for something else. Although my wife is not naive, she does
get very friendly as that is the sort of person she is. So far nothing has ever
got out of hand but it is always a worry as she likes to feel free, if you know
what I mean. It is difficult, the same with money. Sometimes she will go out of
her way to save a couple of pounds then through her strange decisions will spend
hundreds and not care and call me mean if I question it. Though I must admit her
spending is not out of control.

Certainly exercises and walking helped me greatly.
The downside is it's October...sometimes it's too
windy or rainy for a walk.

help me a lot.

name)? It sounds as if she's acting as if she's a
caregiver. If she was a Westerner, you certainly made
me bowled over!

She paid the down
payment and expected him to pay the installments,
which he never did. I had
told her that would be the case but she wouldn't
listen to me. Last month,
the car got re-possessed and she borrowed $600 to help
pay the $1600 she
needed to get the car back. Actually, it was $1900 but
she managed to beg
for a discount.
Anyway, i'll write more later as it's 9 am and i have
to get to work...
Oh year, I'm taking clonazepam 2 mg a night to help
me sleep. I know from
experienced that accummulated sleep loss form a life
crisis tends to trigger
an episode. I also phone the Befrienders for someone
to talk to and help me
regain a better outlook on life.
