i know what you mean, i don't know if i would be classed as a rapid
cycler but my moods ae never steady, the mania sometimes lasts only
minutes if i'm lucky hours and the depression goes on for days and
weeks, try living with a few moments of pure bliss and then what feels
like endless darkness and no medication!!!!
