Hi, I'm new as well, my names Helen, I was diagnosed with Bipolar
last year, but have been on a roller coaster of a ride for quite a
while. I'm hoping the group will help me, and also if anyone knows of
somewhere where my partner can get help coping with it, would be
grately appreciated.
