Dear All,

I have deen advised by my Psychiatrist that I have a mild form of
bipolar called(Cyclothymia) rapid-cycling for short. Has anyone else
been diagnosed as suffering from this or has any experience of this
type of bipolar?

To be honest I am not sure of you can call Cycoltjymia Bipolar can
you?

I am now taking 300mg of Trazodone Hydrochloride a day for the next
month with a view to adding a anti-psychotic to my current
medication, and have also been referd to a CBT therapist which should
help I hope.

I sort of feel better now that I have n name for how I am feeling.

Hope everyone is doing well and thinking of the good times when your
feeling and going through the bad times.
