Would you say this description describes somebody with bipolar???

Compulsive lying (sometimes about the littlest of things), no money, in
debt, going from job to job, no friends (even tho he comes accross as
the most charming and funny man and has no problem getting a job
because of this). Past excessive cheating and spending and running away
by moving round the country with involves moving in with various women.

This person says he has changed now and i have told him i think he has
bi polar. But he disagrees. He says he has changed as he says he has
realised what he has done to me and he has grown up. And that he loves
me so much. even tho he swears he is not contacting other women now and
loves me so much i cant help thinking that he is but he just cant help
himself.

Please advise me... has this guy changed? or am i right in thinking
that he has bi polar and is just going thru one of the "high" periods.

I think my sixth sense tells me the truth but he is so loving and
convincing.
