Yes, there is a "MOOD DIARY" you can keep and analyse after some period of time.

If you ask me, from what you've described, its highly probable you are bipolar.
You can also go see a counsellor experienced in these things to get an opinion
whether you are bipolar or not; but remember, only a psychiatrist can make a
firm
diagnosis, not even a General Practitioner.
Also, monitor your sleep pattern. When in mania, most "maniacs" sleep only 1 or
2
hours a night and very light sleep at that. I'm in the depressive phase right
now and
sleep 12 to 16 hours a day. Don't seem to have the energy to do anything and
I've put
on weight like crazy!
