hi! i am zlatko, live in europe in slovenia. im bp for 2 years, before i was
depressed for about 4 years. now im, with the help of my psychiatrist, in the
good condition. from the mania-phase, started 3 months ago, i came to a
satisfied level. i took zoloft for 6 years, but he changed to lithium carbonat
and zyprexa every 2nd evening half of a pill.

I'm in a pretty grim depressed state at the mo and have just moved to
a very small village and don't know anyone and as self confidence has
disappeared am finding it very hard day to day, have a new CPn new
psychiatrist so it's all taking some getting used to.

Found this group as i was (no offence to anyone) only finding groups
for non US and to be honest there is too wider gap between them
and us as far as health care and treatment goes.

The biggest thing for me is getting people around me i.e
friends/family to understand what bi-polar is and what i go through
if i hear 'oh cheer up it's not that bad' or 'have a nice bath you'll
feel better' one more time i'll scream!!!!

Anyway thats me i look forward to being involved with the group.
