Bad egg

This is all great, thank you.

It has alerted me to the fact that I have been eating
alot of eggs - surely they must be high in sodium??? I
am not certain though. I will avoid them in case, just
in moderation, i.e. if in something.

Oats, that is good, I will get some (cheap too!)

I have started from the monent I read your email. I
cracked open the green tea! I think it has caffeine in
(?) but is it less as so many healthy people swear by
it...
