The next step now is to keep a journal.

I need you to keep track of your moods, sleep and eating patterns and
see how the changes you have made to your diet have had (if any)
effect on your emotional stability.
As you make changes and document your progress, you will learn whqat
works for you and what doesn't.
You will also find correlationships between, say, lack of sleep and
lethargy or being irritable. Documents things like this and we'll soon
make more changes.
But before we make more changes, you really need to keep a journal.
