Having looked at the polls I think the most popular dates for Forest
Picnics are Tuesday 26th July, and Saturday 30th July.

I know they are close together - and as many as can come to both
would be very welcome - I wanted to cater for all and as I spend
most of my summer at the forest anyway I don't mind going down there
alot!

The picnics I think should start at Midday on the green by the
Forest Cafe. I know a few are busy in the morning - (Gembears for
example) - So I suggest we stay on the green near the cafe to picnic
so all food doesn't need carrying far - then also any latecomers
will be able to join us as and when they can even if they miss the
eatty bit. If you don't want to prepare a picnic the cafe does nice
food, hot and cold drinks, and ice-creams. Bring
blankets/chairs/games for the kids.

Dogs are welcome - but probably better to be kept on a leash if
there is more than one. Children too are very welcome. I will have
Amy (6) with me and Dan may join us later as he is at football camp
that day.

I am willing to pick up people from Northampton station - I have a 7
seater - you can get there as early as you like - we can always
pause at my place if you get in too early.

I will do a poll so people can say if they want to come, or if you
might come.
