This list is a meeting place for home educating families living in Berkshire and the adjoining counties.

It is a way to get in touch with each other, maybe to let others know about trips, get-togethers etc., that are too last minute to put in the current Berkshire newsletter. So if you've just managed to acquire cheap theatre tickets, fancy visiting a museum or Legoland with others in a few days time or want to suggest something, then the list could be a very useful way to keep in touch.

Do post any ideas for outings, activities or get-togethers that you fancy or manage to arrange.

The list is not in the Yahoogroups directory so noone would be able to find the group's address by doing a search there, although it is mentioned on some home education websites; and any messages posted to the group are only viewable to group members not the general public.
