Renewable Energy Investments....   Message List

This group is all about what people can do to reduce the impact of
high energy prices, perhaps one way to do this is to invest in
renewable projects, this may be of particular of value to those who
are unable to spend money directly on reducing their energy
consumption, domestic wind and solar isn't much use when you're
surrounded by huge trees blocking the wind and the sun. I've dabbled
in domestic wind power, but unless the wind is coming from one precise
direction, the turbine is in turbulence and is of little use, the
money I put in to the Westmill wind project was better spent then the
money I put in to my house mounted Windsave, both return and carbon
wise (unless something really disastrous happens at Westmill, it will
produce a return).
