Adam, I would strongly suggest solar energy for the source of heat.
You would need some monster sized (expensive) wind turbines to create
the amount of electricity needed, but a parabolic solar collector
would be MUCH more economical. You could use the wind to power the
electric pumps....or use steam to operate the pumps!
