A warm welcome to Botswana's Learning Organization e-Discussion Group! You would have attended some parts of Sheila's workshops.

It is great to see you here and we look forward to working with you in growing Learning Organization capacities for you.

We have a great group here. So:
- Do introduce yourself and get to know each other;
- Offer your doubts or reservations with the work - I am sure the group would come around with a thought or another question;
- Feel free to take advantage of the experience, network & sincerity of the expanding group;
- Do invite questions, share lessons on your favourite tools, ideas on running workshops, dialogues, projects, brainstom, networking, explore systemic interventions on global or local issues;
- Engage groups to work systemically - there is a lot that can happen 'on the system' rather than 'in it' or 'against' it;
- Check out & populate the files (KSLs), links, databases and news here for updates;
- Expand your ideas of impact at personal, interpersonal & system-wide levels;
- Learn to build your own in-house networks, and;
- Of course, all these so that we can learn ways to create a society that sees working together as a source of life's deep meaning.

We are sure these are things all care to see happen.

On that note, we welcome you to the network.
