MARTIAL ART STYLES ARE WELCOME! Course Instructor is Sensei Terry
Wingrove, who holds the grades of 8th Dan in Karate, 9th Dan in Ju-
Jitsu, 3rd Dan in Aikido and 3rd Dan in Judo. He has studied the
martial arts for 50+ years, 21 years of which were whilst living in
Japan. There are few instructors of Sensei's calibre in the world,
let alone the UK, so I hope that you will take the opportunity to
consider attending this course if you can make it. During the course,
Sensei will be demonstrating his Jutsu martial art techniques (old-
style techniques designed to injure, maim, disable or kill), as
opposed to modern sporting techniques which have been sanitised for
safety and "fair-play" reasons! I should warn you that many of
Sensei's techniques can be painful whilst being applied, but the pain
is "switched off" immediately afterwards, so you have nothing (much!)
to fear. Anyway, "a picture paints a thousand words" so they say, so
if you haven't seen Sensei Wingrove's techniques before, check-out
the video on our website (see the link, below) to see the kind of
things that you might experience on the course:

friendly atmosphere, so we would encourage everyone to be brave and

you, so I've kept the course fees extremely low – just £10.00 per
person for the whole day. All of the profits will be split 50/50
