For God's sake, man - I thought the aliens had landed!

While I'm here I just thought I'd mention a rare recent visit to
Beckenham Hill Station, near to the site of the recent stabbing (which,
incidentally, seemed fail to attract commensurate coverage with similar
depressing incidents elsewhere in the capital), where I observed a
somewhat menacing (in the circumstances), black, stone-throwing culture
on its way home from 'school.'
