I've passed the message on to the Kelsey and Eden Park Team, as Brenda is a coordinator in that ward.

Today at 9.50 a.m. my husband saw a man looking for scrap in our rear access lane. When he saw my husband he turned away and called his dog, a Staff, who had been going in the gardens that were open. Our GSD was with my husband. He got her into our garden and wrote the Reg. No. WK52 MMV. As the Staff was following Sadie the man called his dog again. He put it in his vehicle, drove to the end of the lane, picked up some stuff he had already found and drove off. We live in the top end of Merlin Grove, Beckenham..
