Residents and visitors of London are one victim, (London’s Community) irrespective of race, religion, nationality and in respect of community tension we have increased our ability to respond to incidents where innocent people may become the target of an ignorant few. Locally we are providing as normal service as possible to Bromley whilst assiting colleagues in Central London to manage the aftermath of these events.  We will release information about further police activity only when it is confirmed as fact, so please be patient when reading papers or watching news reports.

All very busy at this time working to ensure Bromley stays safe.

Appeal for vigilance and for any suspicious incidents, bags, vehilces to be reported to the Anti-terrorist hotline or by 999.

The MPS is appealing for witnesses to the incidents of 21 July to contact police.

There are witness reception points at the following locations:

Warren Street - BTP Central HQ, 16-24 Whitfield St W1

Shepherd's Bush Hilton Hotel, Kensington 179-199 Holland Park Avenue W11

At each location there are officers available to take witness statements. We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen anything.
