CCTV released after attempted robbery

CCTV images
of a man wanted in connection with an attempted knifepoint robbery at a St Mary
Cray shop have been released.
The store
owner was threatened with a large black handled knife by a man who demanded
money.
But the
would-be robber fled from the shop in Kent Road in the direction of Sevenoaks
Way when the owner shouted for the police.
The suspect
is described as a white male, aged about 26 and around 5ft 8in tall.
He was
wearing a dark jacket, dark trousers with paint splattered on them, white
trainers, white gloves and a dark woolly hat.
