You have all been briefed in the past, about the above operation. This has also featured, periodically, in the BBC Crimewatch programmes.

This is an ongoing investigation, into a serial rapist, who offends in this borough as well as our neighbouring boroughs, predominantly Croydon. We are looking for a black male, aged between 30 – 35. He is described as being “not darked skinned”, and as “Light skinned”. He has worn a black top and black trousers, and is known to wear white trainers. We would ask for you to contact police immediately if you see anyone fitting the above description, acting suspiciously, DAY or NIGHT.

There are still incidents of non-residential burglaries occurring. Please secure your sheds and garages properly.
