Chepstow and District Yacht Club is a small (48 member) sailing club based on the River Severn at Chepstow. The club has moorings at St. Pierre pill on the river Severn, and meets at 8 pm on the first Wednesday in the month, at the Athletic Club in the nearby village of Mathern - visitors welcome.

Club programme

Throughout the year, the club runs an active social programme with a Regatta on June 27/28 2009 (see website for details). In the season from April to October, there are club cruises for the members' fleet of cruising yachts. The emphasis is on having fun with a wide range of boats from 16' to 34' taking part, and members from all walks of life.
