Back by popular demand, a weekend devoted to dance and creative connection, open to all interested in Contact Improvisation.
Contact Improvisation is a dance form in which the point of contact with another dancer provides the starting point for a movement exploration. It is about sharing weight, rolling, suspending, falling, passive and active, energy and awareness. Informal performances, video showings and space for bodywork. Please bring food to share. Beginners are more than welcome.
