There’ll be live music with experienced improvisers and warm-up classes with international teachers to lend some atmosphere and inspiration. Informal performances, video showings and space for bodywork. Please bring food to share. Beginners are more than welcome.

London Contact Improvisation

Contact improvisation classes and jams are held on Saturdays at the Moving East Centre for Martial Arts, Dance and Complimentary Medicine in Stoke Newington.  All levels of experience are welcome and booking is not required.  To attend the class please arrive at 11.15 in order to start at 11.30.  The class is followed by a three-hour jam which can be attended independently of the class.
