Back by popular demand, a weekend devoted to dance and creative connection, open to all interested in Contact Improvisation. Contact Improvisation is a dance form in which the point of contact with another dancer provides the starting point for movement exploration. This is a fabulous opportunity to jam until midnight. There’ll be live music with experienced improvisers and warm-up classes with international teachers to lend some atmosphere and inspiration. Informal performances, video showings and space for bodywork. Please bring food to share. Beginners are more than welcome.

Warm-up Workshop with MANS ERLANDSON (Sweden)

Starting with some training for moving on the floor and in the space. Taking this dancing into each other’s kinesphere to find ways of establishing and leaving the contact. Then some jam training (simple version of the Underscore) and finally some skills in taking and giving weight.
