A unique opportunity to work with an internationally acclaimed, leading exponent of the Alexander Technique.
Cathy was one of the main students of Marjorie Barstow (who was Alexander's 'disciple' & brought AT into the dance world).

Cathy's approach to AT is very hands off - in that the student learns how to make the changes her/himself. And it is MOVEMENT based.
Cathy has an incredible eye for how the body moves & an amazingly clear & direct ability to ignite deep & subtle changes. Only 10 places so be sure to book!
