Working individually and in the group we will experience and learn about the potent possibilities of applying Alexander’s principles into motion.
This includes clarifying our thinking & intention, tuning into sensations & practicing a quality of attention that allows us to stay connected to self, others & the space around.
Bring along a favorite phrase, a stickler that you just cant get right, your questions about technique, your dodgy knee/hip or your ‘bad posture, you need to pull up ‘ mantra!
No previous experience or knowledge of Alexander Technique required and all your ‘bad habits’ are welcome!

Lucia Walker is based in Oxford but travels and teaches widely. In 1987 she qualified as a teacher of The Alexander Technique and teaches individuals, groups and on teacher training programs internationally. She has been practicing and teaching Contact Improvisation since 1985 having worked with the pioneers of the form.
