contact improvisation jams are improvisational sessions which offer space and time for dancing with people, step out and watch, practise, engage, explore
jams will usually begin with a short class for exploring elements of dancing in contact and sometimes provide a shared focus for the jam
some of the jams will include live music (specific info will follow)

any level from complete beginners to very experienced
