Taking inspiration from the bittersweet tales, and heartfelt lyricism
in Appalachian Folk and Country Music and personal and universal
themes of women's lives, Sweet Love is a performance piece with a
cast of 15 women, directed by choreographer Janis Claxton.
A unique group of female performers spanning 4 generations contributes to this revealing
performance of the desolation, frustration, surrender and humour of women in isolation, together.
