Also, note that the new term of classes begins on September 15th and we are hosting a new 'Scaravelli' Yoga class taught by the well-known Borders artist, Mooie Scott.
This is  a special one-term class with limited numbers available.
In addition to the continuing T'ai-Chi classes there will be a New Pilates class including a saturday morning class , and a 10 week course in 'Body Mythologies' based on the pioneering work of Anna Halprin and The Tamalpa institute. The latter is of special interest to anyone interested in Self Development.
