movement and improvisation
which develops embodied
physical practice, performance
and dance composition skills.
It brings consciousness into
movement, builds awareness
and presence, with potential
for personal development.
We welcome:
dancers,actors, directors, those with
a movement/performance interest and beginners who
would like to take on a creative physical training!
